Hi! I’m Erica!

I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula and a certified childbirth educator through BEST Doula. I feel incredibly honored to walk alongside women and their families during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. I believe every woman deserves to feel informed, heard, and genuinely cared for, not only during birth, but in all the moments leading up to it and in the days and weeks that follow.

As a mother of three, I know that every birth and every postpartum experience is different. My own experiences with pregnancy, birth, extended breastfeeding, and motherhood have shaped the way I support families with a gentle presence, an open heart, and without judgment. I want the women I serve to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their hopes and concerns, and gaining confidence in their own decisions and instincts.

As a Christian, my faith is a meaningful part of who I am and naturally shapes the way I care for others. My approach to birth is rooted in holistic, natural care, and I’m especially passionate about helping women feel prepared and supported as they pursue an empowering, low-intervention birth experience. Above all, I strive to bring compassion, patience, encouragement, and a sense of calm to every family I serve.

Beyond birth and postpartum support, I’m continuing my education in lactation, working toward my CLC with the long-term goal of becoming an IBCLC. I especially love the early days of motherhood, the sleepy newborn cuddles, the learning curve, the endless questions, and those moments when a little reassurance can make all the difference.

My hope is that every family I walk alongside feels a little more supported, a lot more confident, and never alone.
